About GreenPower Park
GreenPower Park is the £2.5bn battery manufacturing and clean energy development on the former Coventry Airport site, led by Coventry City Council and Rigby Group. Enabling works began in summer 2026, with construction expected to bring contractors to the area for years.

Can my company be invoiced?
Yes. We issue one invoice to your company for the whole stay.
Can we book for several weeks or months?
Yes. Long stays are welcome, with weekly and monthly rates.
Is there parking for vans?
All three houses have free on-street parking. Tell us how many vehicles you’re bringing when you book and we’ll advise.
What about damage cover?
Choose a non-refundable damage waiver at £20 a night, capped at £125 per stay, or a £400 refundable deposit returned after check-out if there is no damage.
How do we check in?
Self check-in with a lockbox, so late arrivals from site are no problem.
